An Open Letter to Congress

Since I was somewhat dismayed at the difficulties involved in writing an e-mail to a congressperson, (you can only write your own and not another), and his contact service wasn't working properly, I thought better of it and decided that perhaps I would make this an open letter. If anyone wants to print it out and send it along, that would be welcomed, my printer doesn't work, and it will be a month before I get around to some stationary that wouldn't make me ashamed. It seemed safer to let more people know about my effort to speak to congress anyway, and I'm considering sending it out to news outlets. The letter appears below:

Dear Congressman Kucinich,

 

I am contacting you with regard to The Space Preservation Act, mind control, mind control technologies, and chemtrails, with particular attention to MKULTRA, the mind control program banned by congress.

 

In 1987 I agreed with NASA and members of the media unknown, to investigate MKULTRA for congress. I also requested that Interpol be advised in order to provide some added insurance towards my safety. For reasons that I won't go into here, the people who are behind MKULTRA took a keen interest in having me voluntarily submit myself to mind control, and this was arranged by NASA over my television set, ostensibly through the use of SDI technologies. It was also my desire that then president Reagan and congress be informed of the situation. I was led to believe that all of these parties were indeed informed that it was my intention to investigate MKULTRA  and deliver my findings to congress.

 

My story is quite long and involved, as it covers twenty years of investigation into the dark world of MKULTRA. In the process my life was destroyed. I lost my marriage, my family home, my livelihood and a good deal of my psychological and physical health in the effort. But it was not all lost, I believe that I can demonstrate a wealth of knowledge concerning MKULTRA and other related programs, including various mind control methods and techniques as well as uses, and especially as pertains to psychotronic warfare.

 

With great sadness I noted the problems that prevented The Space Preservation Act from being passed. I also understand that times are changing, and I am ready to perform my duty and fulfill my pledge, and answer questions before congress pertaining to my investigation.

 

Please accept the contents of my blog as a way of explaining what I went through, and some of my findings. While I must regret not having found any great deal of hard proof of my findings, which is just the territory that surrounds mind control, I firmly believe that further investigation based on my findings would be more than warranted, and that such further investigation would be well informed due to my efforts.

 

You should know, that like most victims of mind control I am now disabled due to a diagnosis of my condition as bipolar, but that likely I was misdiagnosed and suffer from PTSD and MPD/DID. There are probably few instances in which such diagnoses would not detract from any testimony surrounding such an investigation, but if there were a case wherein my condition would add rather than detract from my credibility, this would be that case, as it is well known that mind control victims quite often, if not always, suffer from such conditions as a result of their being victims, the only manner in which I could proceed with my investigation.

 

Since I am not entirely sure, sir, that you would receive this letter, considering the times that we are in, for the moment I'm considering making it an open letter, with hopes that it may find you in any number of ways, and also to let the world know that I have made this offer, which I think will afford me a little added protection.

 

It is my fervent hope that The Space Preservation Act will be reintroduced into congress, passed and enforced.
