12 Questions for Hillary Clinton

12 Questions I would like to see asked of Hillary Clinton:

1: If Bush and Cheney are tried and convicted of high crimes and misdemeanors, would you pardon them or give them clemency?

2: Was experience the important issue when your husband Bill ran as a candidate against George H. W Bush?

3: Do you suppose that you have been disloyal to the Democratic party by disparaging another of it's candidates for president while complimenting a candidate from the opposing party?

4: Do you see any irony in the fact that you have publicly thanked Karl Rove, the republican most of America credits as being the person who got Bush and Cheney elected, and whom most people think is involved with dirty campaign tricks?

5: Is Karl Rove or any other republican operatives helping you in your campaign strategy and tactics?

6: As a Democratic candidate, do you see any conflict of interest in the apparently close relationship that has developed between your husband and George H. W. Bush at a time when his son currently holds the office of president as a controversial figure with a 19% approval rating, and when a majority of Americans would like to see him investigated for crimes and or impeached?

7: Were you ever contacted by the CIA with regard to the Monica Lewinsky scandal, and if so, what was their position on the matter?

8: Is it true that during an investigation that they found the Whitewater records in your closet, and do you somehow count this as part of your valuable experience in how to be presidential?

9: If there were nothing to hide in disclosing such details as your tax records, or who funded the Clinton Library, wouldn't it be better to simply disclose the information?

10: Do you consider political compromise to be the key part of your success, and if so are there issues, moral issues, upon which you will not compromise at all with the republican party?

11: In light of the fact that you have been endorsed by Rush Limbaugh to the extent, at least, that he has asked republicans to vote for you in the primary, may I ask, to your knowledge, is George H.W. Bush, George W.Bush or Dick Cheney contributing in any way to your campaign?

12. Because it is illegal in Ohio to misrepresent one's intentions when voting in the primary, that is to vote for a candidate for any reason other than actual support for a candidate, do you support the arrest and conviction of republican voters who followed Limbaugh's instructions to vote for you even though they intend to vote for McCain in the general election? Do you support arrest and conviction for the crime of election falsification as prescribed by law?

The law reads:

Before any challenged person shall be allowed to vote at a primary election , the person shall make a statement, under penalty of election falsification, before one of the precinct officials, blanks for which shall be furnished by the board of elections, giving name, age, residence, length of residence in the precinct, county, and state; stating that the person desires to be affiliated with and supports the principles of the political party whose ballot the person desires to vote; and giving all other facts necessary to determine whether the person is entitled to vote in that primary election. The statement shall be returned to the office of the board with the pollbooks and tally sheets . . . .
3599.36 Election falsification reads:
No person, either orally or in writing, on oath lawfully administered or in a statement made under penalty of election falsification, shall knowingly state a falsehood as to a material matter relating to an election in a proceeding before a court, tribunal, or election official, or in a matter in relation to which an oath or statement under penalty of election falsification is authorized by law, including a statement required for verifying or filing any declaration of candidacy, declaration of intent to be a write-in candidate, nominating petition, or other petition presented to or filed with the secretary of state, a board of elections, or any other public office for the purpose of becoming a candidate for any elective office, including the office of a political party, for the purpose of submitting a question or issue to the electors at an election, or for the purpose of forming a political party.
Whoever violates this section is guilty of election falsification, a felony of the fifth degree.
A person that commits election falsification can face six to twelve months in prison as well as a $2,500 fine according to Ohio sentencing guidelines (Source: http://www.clelaw.lib.oh.us/Public/Misc/FAQs/Sentencing.html)

The fairy tale is over.

Obama's pixie dust is wearing off.

A few in the corporate media are finally starting to reveal some details about this man's judgment.

I speak of Obama's long association with his spiritual advisor, Rev. Jeremiah Wright.

Obama says he didn't know Wright was far, far left. While that is hard to believe, it says that Obama is not a very discerning judge of character. And it shows poor judgment for a presidential candidate to allow such an extremist to serve on his campaign.

Rev. Wright says AIDS was created by the US government to kill black people.

Come on!

"I didn't know about that man, Rev. Wright." Is that what Obama is telling us?

But there is more to come.

Obama's friend, William Ayers, is an unrepentent terrorist.

An Obama fund raiser, Rashid Khalidi, supports terrorists.

Wait till these tidbits come out. Maybe they won't release them till after Obama wins the nomination.

These associations with radicals show that Obama does not yet have the judgment nor the experience to be at the top of the ticket.
